Oliver Henningsmeier is a banking lawyer based in our Munich office.

Oliver advises lenders as well as sponsors and project companies on infrastructure, PPP/PFI and renewable energy projects in both domestic and international transactions.

Oliver holds a law degree from the University of Konstanz. During his traineeship he worked in Konstanz, Munich and Sydney. He is a member of the Munich Bar Association.

Oliver is a German native speaker and fluent in English.
